What can I expect from Luminosa?

Step into a world of enchantment as Luminosa returns to Miami for the first time in four years! Taking place at the breathtaking Jungle Island, this festival of lights, presented audio is set to be larger and more awe-inspiring than ever. With over 40 stunning lamp scenes, meticulously crafted by 150 artisans using 120 tons of steel and 150,000 feet of silk.

Where is the experience located?

It will take place at 1111 Parrot Jungle Trail, Miami, FL, 33132-1611.

What are the hours of operation?

The exhibition open hours are:

Sun to Thurs from 05:30pm to 10:00pm
Fri and Sat from 05:30pm to 11:00pm

How long does the experience last?

Please allow at least two (2) hours to fully enjoy and experience all exhibit spaces.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The experience will be held in an outdoor venue.

Is it COVID secure and safe? / Do I need to wear a mask?

Yes. Masks are recommended, but not required within the experience.

Is the venue ADA compliant?

Yes.

Is Luminosa wheelchair accessible?

Yes but be aware there may be unpaved terrain, including grassy and rocky areas.

Will there be strobe lights?

Please be aware there will be strobe lights in the experience.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Yes, a designated food court and full bar offerings will be available.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Photos and videos are permitted; however, flash photography is prohibited. When taking photos, please be considerate of other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Will restrooms be available on-site?

Yes, restrooms are available on-site.

What happens if I lose something?

We are not responsible for unattended items, so please do your best to keep track of your personal belongings.

Do you accept cash?

No, credit/debit cards or Apple Pay only.

MISCELLANEOUS

What should I wear?

Please dress appropriately for the weather. We do not recommend wearing sandals, heels, flip flops or open-toed shoes.

Are food/drinks/etc. from outside allowed into the venue?

No, outside food and beverage will not be permitted in the venue.

ACCESS

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the time stated on your ticket. We can accommodate guests up until 10 minutes past the time stated on your ticket.

What happens if I arrive late?

We do our best to accommodate latecomers, but cannot guarantee it. Under specific circumstances (e.g., extreme weather conditions) and depending on availability, we may be able to offer a reschedule to another date.

Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?

Only trained service dogs are permitted. No other animal is allowed in the venue.

Is there an age requirement?

This event is for all ages.

Is there parking available?

Yes, self parking for guests attending the event is available at a rate of $15 (subject to change) a car. The parking area is adjacent to the venue.

What if the weather is bad?

The exhibit will remain open during light rain and light wind. However, during periods of heavy rain, lightning, or high winds it may close temporarily until the weather conditions improve.

What are the permitted/prohibited items at the experience?

No bags (backpacks, large bags, suitcases, luggage)
No weapons (such as guns, knives or clubs), pepper spray, mace, flares or fireworks.
No lighters including but not limited to butane, lighter fluid, electric or any other flammable liquids.
No outside food or beverage items will be permitted.
No illegal drugs/substances including all forms of marijuana.
No glass, metal or plastic containers of any kind.
No coolers, ice Chests, seat cushions, pointed tip umbrellas.

What happens if I bring a banned item?

Banned items will not be allowed into the venue for any reason, and you will be required to discard banned items before being allowed to enter the attraction. Please leave your items at home, in your car or with someone not entering the venue.

Are wheelchairs available to rent?

Yes, wheelchairs are available on a first come first serve basis.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

Yes, at our box office, which is open during regular business hours.

Where can I get tickets?

Official tickets for this experience can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact Fever Customer service (contact us) indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
